只出おどり

当地区は、陸前高田市の東端に位置し海岸線で大船渡市に接している。震災前は丁度100世帯であったが約半数が全壊及び大規模半壊の被害を受け、現在は75世帯に減少した。平成22年11月に、当地区に古くから伝わってきた「只出おどり」＝只出あいや・深川・伊勢節・よつ竹・舟ちゃ・かっぽれ・下り藤などを継承・保存する為に「只出あいや保存会」を部落会専門部として立上げ、いよいよ活動開始の段階で東日本大震災により活動を中止せざるを得なくなり、現在に至っている。
大震災により祭り用具を保管していた公民館を失い、祭り等で着用した各家庭保存の衣装類の大半も流出したが、昨年、企業からの支援により着物等を製作し、本年10月開催予定の町内の八幡神社の大祭に向け、９年ぶりに只出伝統踊りを披露できるように、継承活動を開始した。
昨年には、当地区が一番活気を呈すお盆期間中に発表披露会を開催するなど、地区ぐるみで活動をスタートしている。

Tadaide community is located in the eastern end of Rikuzentakata city, neighboring Massaki town, Ofunato city along the coastline. Since the great earthquake destroyed more than half of the houses, the number of households has decreased from 100 to 76.
As one of Tadaide’s traditional performing arts, the Tadaide Odori is said to have maintained more than 20 items as its repertory for about 130 to 140 years. Today, however, there only remain 4 or 5 of them; Tadaide Aiya, Fukagawa, Isebushi, Yotsutake and Kappore.
In 2018, they rebuilt the Tadaide Odori Preservation Society within their neighborhood council in February and started classes to raise successors in July. And finally, they performed the dance at a grand festival in 2019 for the first time in 12 years.
