五葉山火縄銃鉄砲隊伝承会とは 研究を通じて仙台藩伊達家に火縄を供給する一大生産地だったことが判明したことを契機に、地域住民らが１９９１年に結成。ヒノキ製の火縄を復元して活動している。
The Goyouzan Hinawa-ju Teppo Squadron Tradition Association was formed in 1991 by local residents, when research discovered that the area was a major production base for supplying safety fuse for matchlock guns to the Date clan of the Sendai domain. The organization currently restores its safety fuse made out of hinoki cypress, and is engaged in inheritance activities to pass down its craftsmanship and history.
